Among the questions we are asking as we approach the December Summit are: How can we improve connections within and between individuals, families, neighborhoods, organizations, and sectors? What gets in the way of connections? And how do connections affect health? We hope you’ll come full of energy and ideas; we’ll have activities, discussion, and snacks!
