Social DisDance Party

07:00 pm to 08:00 pm
Bryan Park
https://cardinalstage.org/social-disdance-party/

Get out of the house and move your body! Cardinal is throwing an outdoor dance party that will be fun for all ages. Want to show off your moves? You can learn a choreographed group dance at home and join the performance that will kick off the party!

Want to participate in the group dance? We’re getting the party started with Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling”! Watch the video on our website to practice the choreography at home. On the day of the party, arrive early to find a space and practice. Rehearsal will start an hour before the event, at 6:00pm sharp. Try to wear solid, bright colors so you stand out against the grass!

Won’t have a chance to practice the dance at home? No problem! After the big performance around 7:00pm, the “dance floor” will be open for all. Feel free to come and watch – dance as little or as much as you’d like!

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions in Monroe County, attendance will be limited to 150 people. All attendees and dancers MUST RSVP, a waiting list will be created once the attendance limit has been reached.

RSVP HERE: https://forms.gle/G7pPSTa1aww47NQr7

Please Note: In order to keep Bloomington safe and healthy, ALL ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. All participants are expected to maintain a 6ft distance between themselves and other groups. The field will be clearly marked to help with this. No refreshments will be available at the event, so plan to bring water, snacks, and plenty of sunscreen.
