QueerTalk Workshop: “Coming out & Being Out”

06:30 pm to 08:30 pm
Boxcar Books

QueerTalk is a confidential (*we have had to shift our location to Boxcar Books, which will not be an entirely confidential space, though we will do our best to help it feel as safe as possible!*) space for people identifying along the spectrum of queerness to share experiences, strengthen bonds, and develop the skills needed to inspire one another and ignite action in the communities where we live. The second workshop of this series, “Coming Out & Being Out”, will focus on discussing “coming out” as a lifelong process that looks different for everyone. What does it mean for you? “Desire, Sexuality, & Health” will be our next workshop, on October 5th!

QueerTalk will meet the first Wednesday of every month through March 2017 in Room 1C of the Monroe County Public Library. Childcare will be available! Feel free to contact us for any reason at [email protected].
