Yoga Mini-Series & Cultural Wellness

Refresh yourself. Improve well-being in this one-hour yoga session led by an instructor from Vibe Yoga Studio. Ages 13 and up.
Consider pairing your yoga session with our new Cultural Wellness program, an art therapy program that begins 15 minutes after Yoga.

Yoga is located in the Patrick and Jane Martin Commons in the Kimberly and John Simpson Center for Education on the second floor of the museum.

Registration Instructions
Please bring a yoga mat and, if desired, a water bottle. Check in begins at 10 a.m. and closes at 10:25 a.m. We will begin the session promptly at 10:30 a.m. Spaces that remain unclaimed five minutes prior to start time will be filled with walk-in guests who are waiting for a space. This is a popular program with a waitlist. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation so that someone else can participate.

Cultural Wellness
Come learn about wellness practices from around the world!
In this program you will learn about wellness practices from around the world and will discuss works of art from the Museum’s collection that relate to these wellness practices. For select programs, you will be able to engage in an art-making activities relating to specific wellness practices. A different wellness practice will be discussed during each program.
