The Endwright Center will offer a Hula Class taught by native Hawaiian Carol Reynolds during the month of May. This is a great exercise for those with arthritis as there are no strenuous movements, just a gentle movement of the feet, and no bending. Reynolds also shares some of the Hawaiian culture with her students and answers questions.
