WonderLab Museum, 308 W. 4th St. Bloomington, IN 47404
https://www.wonderlab.org/event/women-in-stem-an-environmental-justice-program/

On Saturday, March 7, 2020 WonderLab is partnering with the I CAN PERSIST STEM Initiative at Indiana University to host an environmental justice-themed event for Women’s History Month. Visitors will engage in hands-on activities to explore how fields of science and technology can be used to tackle environmental injustices related to food, land, water, and waste. The contributions of women and women of color in STEM fields will be highlighted throughout the event.

I CAN PERSIST (ICP) is an initiative designed to support the persistence and career development of girls and women of color in STEM fields. ICP embodies the adage ”it takes a village” and is a multi-generational network of STEM professionals and students.

Cost: All Women in STEM activities are free with museum admission
