The Monroe County Fair is a popular destination for Bloomingtonians in the summer. Darryl Smith, a local photographer, paid it a visit on Saturday August 4. This long exposure shot gives a great view of the fair’s bright lights at night, highlighting the spinning Ferris wheel.
