At precisely 12:10 p.m. on October 18, a group of approximately 100 students began dancing to Andy Grammer’s “Keep Your Head Up” in front of Indiana University’s Showalter Fountain. As part of IU’s Ballroom and Social Dance class, Mary Hoedeman Coniaris choreographed and organized the flash mob. The goal was to increase awareness about posture problems caused by mobile devices.
