EquiLibrium Thai Massage & Yoga Therapy, in conjunction with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Indiana State Chapter offer a day of learning to yoga therapists, yoga instructors, and allied health professionals. Join us for an intensive “Yoga Therapy for MS” workshop on February 10 at the Tibetan Cultural Center.

Nathalie de Meyenburg is a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Therapy Instructor with IAYT, the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She teaches a 100-hour specialized yoga therapy training certification in “Yoga Therapy for MS” and has a private practice focusing on disability, rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Registered Thai Massage Therapist (RTT), she has studied extensively in Thailand and leads a five-level Thai Massage training focusing on therapeutics.
Ability, experience and knowledge of yoga and yoga therapy will vary. Please come to class with a sense of humor and respect for others. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and writing materials. Feel free to bring a light lunch or ask us for local dining suggestions. Tea, water and fruits will be provided for snacking.
8 CES are applicable toward ABMP, NCBTMB, and Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements. Some contact hours may be possible for nurses, PTs and OTs.
