For the past few weeks, Allison Chopra, personal trainer at Urban Fitness Studio, has focused on the core muscles. This week’s core-strengthening video is the last before switching to complex strength moves. A few weeks ago, Allison showed us the Side Plank, and by now it is probably getting pretty easy. If you want a bit more of a challenge, she now shows us how to make the Side Plank a little more difficult.
