For the past few months Allison Chopra, personal trainer at Urban Fitness Studio, has shown us a number of exercises that are easy to do at home or in the gym. But what happens when our lower backs start to hurt from all of the exercising? Last week, Allison showed us how to alleviate some of that pain by stretching our hip flexors. This week she is teaching us how to stretch our piriformis muscle, which is located in our gluteal region.
