Last week, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, and her client Jen Boles taught us how to use a medicine ball with a simple squat. This week, they move to the upper body and show a number of arm exercises with a medicine ball (or another weighted object, like a gallon of milk).
