Mental Health America of Monroe County (MHA-MC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health and supporting mental health consumers and their families through education, referral and service. We achieve our mission by educating the public about ways to preserve and strengthen mental health; by sponsoring support groups; by serving as a clearinghouse for information about mental health promotion, prevention and treatment resources in our community; and by fostering innovation in policy, research, practice and services.

Save the date — Join us to learn about what MHA-MC is doing to support health care in our community and state and our goals for 2020. Nominations for mental health categories will be solicited and winners will be announced, recognizing those agencies, individuals, etc. for their contributions. Our keynote speaker is Jill Lees, Bloomington Police Department’s Chief of Police. We will introduce our volunteer board members, serve you a great dinner with a cash bar and provide music for dancing. There will be table sponsorships available, an Eventbrite to register coming soon and a raffle. All proceeds will allow MHA and the Suicide Prevention Coalition to continue working to help make a difference to the wellbeing of our friends and families.
