Join us for a reading of Grandma’s Purse by Vanessa Brantley-Newton. After the story about so, so many things in grandma’s purse, we will explore space with containers of different sizes and pouring. Come ready to make predictions about what will or will not fit or fill. Science Story Time allows young scientists to develop literacy and STEM skills as well as build vocabulary by actively participating in the program. Activities designed for ages 3-6. All welcome.

In this Dive Deeper we will take a look at when Ice Ages occurred and what kinds of animals lived in the oceans during these frigid periods. We will cover academic standards for 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade Life Science 2nd and 3rd grade Earth Science.
