When: 2 – 3:00 p.m., Mondays & Wednesdays, February 10 – 26.

Cost: Six Classes for $30 (pre-register, pay in full) or $6/ pay per class
$25 Endwright Center members (pre-register, pay in full) or $5/ pay per class

Who: Natalie Griffin

About: Announcing the return of our popular fitness class, Exercise to Music. This low-impact, easy to learn and follow exercise program is a fun way to increase joint strength while reducing the effects of arthritis.

About the Instructor: Natalie Griffin is in her senior year at Indiana University. She is interning at Area 10 Agency on Aging while she completes her B.S. in Community Health from the School of Public Health. She is a self proclaimed “exercise fanatic who could not be happier” to work with active older adults at Area 10 during her final semester. Natalie will also assist Endwright Center staff with strategic planning for the 2014 Senior Games.
