Alston breathes life into stories from African and African American oral and cultural traditions, enhancing her performances with traditional instruments such as djembe, mbira, shekere, and the kora. This is an all ages program, part of Lotus Blossoms 2013 Outreach. Please register by calling 349-3100. Walk-ins welcome if there is space.
