When Tuesday, April 4th, 4:30-7:00 pm
What: A Transition Fair is an opportunity for individuals with disabilities and their family to explore the resources and services that are available in Bloomington and surrounding areas during and after high school.
Who will be there: service providers (Stone Belt, LifeDesigns, The Mentor Network, erc.), recreation/therapy (Best Buddies, Music Therapy, etc.) transportation (E2 Taxi, etc.),employment/vocational (MCCSC Community Transitions, Vocational Rehabilitation, etc.), post secondary, resources (Milestones, HANDS in Autism, etc.), and advocacy (Family Voices). Food. Door Prizes. New This Year: we welcome younger students: it’s never to early
to plan. A separate play are is available for little ones and childcare will be available.
