Additional Information: These scarves are quick, simple and practical. All that is required is a skein of Sashay (Red Heart) yarn of any color (Sashay yarn comes in Valentine’s and Spring time colors!) and a crochet hook (larger sized hooks seem to work best). Supplies can be purchased from Michael’s or JoAnn Fabrics (both retailers generally have coupons in the Sunday Herald Times).

Mary Jo Bowmer has been crocheting these fun and EASY scarves for years and enjoys sharing the process with others. Come at 1:00 pm, before our weekly Fiber Arts Group gathers and learn the process then stay for the fiber group as well (convening from 2:00-4:00 pm). Both activities are open to newcomers and free of charge. The Endwright Center gratefully accepts donations to support our programming and services. For Additional Information: 812-876-3383, ext 515

An Important Message from Bloom Magazine

For the past 14 years, we have been publishing Bloom, a free, bimonthly cultural and lifestyle magazine serving Bloomington, Indiana, and surrounding communities. We have four missions: to support local businesses, local charities, local arts, and diversity. We are an integral part of the fabric of this community.

Like so many small businesses (4 employees), we are facing huge challenges in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to be able to continue producing the magazine and our website, magbloom.com, but we need your help.

Please consider donating to our GoFundMe drive using the link below. Thank you!
