https://www.meditationinbloomington.org/

The community is invited to a FREE public talk “What is the Buddhist Way of Life?” on Saturday, April 15th from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM at Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington, 406 S. Walnut Street, Bloomington, IN.
Through applying methods found in Buddha’s teachings into our everyday life we can initiate a positive change within, transforming our thoughts, what we say, and what we do. We can become more patient, kind, joyful, peaceful, and influence others in a positive way. By practicing the Buddhist way of life we make a profound contribution to peace in our community and our world.
Everyone is welcome to attend this free public talk. People can sit in chairs or on meditation cushions and this is perfect for beginners.
