For most of us, it seems almost impossible to go through life without feeling harmed by others, or without turning against ourselves for past mistakes. However, life is too short and our relationships are too valuable to hold onto anger forever. In this half-day course, we will learn about the deep healing and freedom that is possible through the power of forgiveness of ourself and others. We will explore Buddha’s practical methods for learning how to let go of anger and resentment and how to move forward to more healthy, loving relationships.
This half-day course consists of two hour-long sessions with a break in between, including light refreshments. Each session includes a guided meditation and a talk. Everyone is welcome.
