An Artist’s Talk by Kristi Lindberg, at The Venue

On Tuesday, November 14th, beginning at 5:30 p.m., The Venue will host a Talk by Kristi Lindberg. Photographer/Environmental Educator.
Kristi has been an employee of the City of Bloomington since 1999, as an environmental educator. In that capacity she was instrumental in the development of The Lenard Springs Nature Park. She is presently the city’s Storm Water Educational Specialist.
In her work, Kristi has often utilized, and has developed her skills as a photographer. She has also had a life long fascination with water, and the many moods in can evoke, in solid, liquid, and vapor form, and the nature and wild life it supports. Over time she has combined the two interests and become an accomplished nature photographer.
On Tuesday eve at The Venue, Kristi will share her photography, and her inspiration.

Join us for an incredible evening with food enthusiast Alton Brown, best known as the creator, writer, and host of the Food Network’s “Good Eats.” In Eat Your Science, presented by 35 Concerts, you can expect “songs, new comedy, new puppets, and bigger (and better potentially dangerous) food demonstrations.” Brown has designed the event to mix together science, music, and food into two hours of entertainment.
