Artists working in Paris and Lorraine during the Baroque period developed distinctive styles—which focused on the vibrancy of the line—that differed markedly from their Italian and Dutch contemporaries. The two print kiosks in the early part of the gallery feature French works by Jacques Bellange, Claude Lorrain, Jacques Callot, and Claude Mellan, whose engraving is a tour de force of printmaking that creates the face of Christ using a single line.

Friendly Haunted Hayride and Stable—for all ages

01:00 pm to 07:00 pm
Haunted hayride and Stables, 8308 S. Rockport Rd, Bloomington IN 47403
http://www.myhauntedhayride.com

Halloween Hayride for all ages—however, some children and adults may not be able to handle the haunted hayride during normal scary operating hours. Therefore, we offer friendly operating hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm until 7 pm for those who may want to experience our hayride and halloween scenes under non-scary conditions (during daylight hours without our scary creatures). Our Stable is safe for all ages but due the nature of its layout may still be considered scary to children even during friendly hours. During friendly hours, we offer hayride, stables, pony rides, pony-cart rides, and other friendly activities may be added.
Hayride is approximately 15-20 minute journey and allows kids to see our Halloween scenes during the daylight hours and without spooks. Stable is approximately 5-10 walk and again allows kids to see our Halloween scenes without the spooks. Stables are somewhat dark and may still be considered too scary for some.
