Two festivals graced Bloomington this Labor Day weekend. Fourth Street Festival of the Arts & Crafts and Bloomington Garlic Fest & Community Art Fair both filled downtown Bloomington with art, music, and food. They also filled the streets with numerous artists, craftspeople, and art appreciators despite the high temperatures.
