Heartwork-Artwork Experience with Jody Soland

This breathwork workshop includes guided imagery, a 35-minute musical journey, creative artwork and group processing all designed to focus on the wisdom of the HEART. The benefits include release of tension and stress, newfound creativity, a sense of peace and connection, release of fear, grief and loss, and increased joy, passion and purpose. Soland is a Certified Holotropic and Integrative Breathwork practitioner who has led countless individual and group sessions throughout the country. Part of the experience will be done on a mat on the floor, so those attending should bring a pillow, blanket and mat and dress comfortably.
