The fair and bookstore will by open before and after the 10 a.m. service on both December 6 and 13 as well as the week of the sixth during Unity’s office hours of Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.- 4p.m. Scarves, ponchos, afghans and other, smaller articles as well as a variety of books by Unity founders, ministers and others, will be offered to benefit the programs at Unity.

Giles Knox, associate professor in the IU History of Art Department, will discuss the influence of Michelangelo on Carracci’s Farnese Gallery (the subject of the museum’s current special exhibition, “Gods and Goddesses: Annibale Carracci and the Renaissance Reborn”), the design challenges of large ceiling decoration, and the relationship of artists and patrons in the sixteenth century.
