Fall 2019 BFA Thesis Show – Reception

The Grunwald Gallery at Indiana University is pleased to announce the upcoming Fall 2019 BFA Thesis Show. The exhibit will open December 3rd and continue until December 14th. A reception will take place on December 6th from 6-8pm immediately following the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design Student Awards Ceremony.

This exhibition features work created by graduating Bachelor of Fine Arts students in the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture & Design at Indiana University. Each exhibition features student work from a variety of the studio areas: ceramics, digital art, graphic design, metalsmithing and jewelry design, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and fibers. To gain professional experience, exhibiting students participate in the planning of their shows and installation of their pieces.

Join us for First Friday @ the Fell, for “MORPH” by Holland Colvin. MORPH is a multimedia experience that explores a nonlinear view of life’s in-between moments. In the popup, Raphael Cornford and Zachary Carlisle Davidson will be exhibiting “Bad Trompe-l’oeil: Unexpected but Related Rebellious Results”, new works designed to excite, intrigue, provoke, and delight. Opening reception is Friday, December 6th from 6 pm – 9pm. The exhibitions will hang until December 20th, and open to the public from Tuesday – Friday, 6-7 PM.
