Juniper Art Gallery and Civilian Brewing Corps
http://www.juniperartgallery.com

OHM & Brew, with E. Thomasina Marsili
3:00-4:00 pm – Brief discussion and then a FREE guided meditation for relaxation and renewal. We will look at ways to embrace the winter months ahead and find inner peace. Please be on time, no late admission for meditation.
4:30 – 6:00 –– We will then enjoy some craft beer together and the fellowship of old and new-found friends at Civilian Brewing Corps (on the Spencer Courthouse Square)! Please note that attendees are responsible for the expense of their own food and drink at the brewery.

E. Thomasina Marsili, certified Life Coach and Public Speaker, will lead us in a relaxing inner journey through a guided mediation. There will be an opportunity before to ask questions and then after to discuss the experience. Once the session ends, we’ll head over to the Civilian Brewing Corps to enjoy a craft beer, soda, or a glass of Owen Valley wine to complete our relaxing and enjoyable afternoon together! Thomasina will be a regular Self-Care Sunday presenter on the 2nd Sunday monthly.

Join us Sunday afternoons for a variety of self-care experiences that will relax, enrich and sooth your heart, mind, body and spirit. Self-Care Sundays are offered by local and regional practitioners from a variety of personal-well-being disciplines.
