On Sunday, February 12, beginning at 12:00 noon and ending at 5:00p.m., The Venue will host a Valentine making workshop. Some art materials and supplies will be provided, but also bring some of your own. Artists will be available to guide and enhance your creativity, and you will be able make your best Valentine ever, guaranteed.

DIY Herbal Teas and Handmade Quilts

Learn how to make a cathedral windows quilt, table runner and drink cozies while sampling a variety of handmade herbal teas. Do you play the banjo, fiddle, drum, or another instrument? Interested in jamming with other musicians? This low-pressure, free, fun-filled session will be hosted by IU’s Folklore and Ethnomusicology Student Association, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Free visitor parking is available by the Indiana Avenue lobby entrance. Metered parking is available at the McCalla School parking lot on the corner of Ninth Street and Indiana Avenue. The parking lot also has spaces designated for Indiana University C and ST permits. During the weekends free parking is available on the surrounding streets.
An access ramp is located at the Fess Avenue entrance, on the corner of Ninth Street and Fess Avenue. Reserved parking spaces are available on Ninth Street, between Fess Avenue and Indiana Avenue.
