On Tuesday, February 9th, at 5:30 p.m. The Venue is pleased to host a presentation by Margaret Fette, entitled “The Art of Custom Tailored Fashion; Trends, Classics, and Quality’.
Margaret is a local radio personality and owner of The Tailored Fit, Inc. of Bloomington. She is an expert in all aspects of clothing, derived from her academic experience as a student, visiting lecturer, and adjunct professor at Indiana University, and through her years as a clothing designer and a costume designer, both on and off Broadway. Margret has worked extensively in virtually every aspect of clothing, fabric, design, construction, sewing, tailoring and alterations. She has received many awards and scholarships, has participated in shows, and has published several articles in related areas.
Margret will show you the very best in both contemporary edgy fashion and more tradition designs. She will also dispel the mistaken belief that custom tailored clothing is extravagant. Margret’s presentation will be informative, interactive, and fun. Join us.
