About: The Elder LEAD program will equip you with tools and resources to help you greatly improve your life and become your own personal health advocate. This free four-session interactive course emphasizes the importance of using medications properly and the dangers of medication misuse/abuse and suggests ways to manage physical changes as well as emotional ups and downs. Elder LEAD also provides tips to help you stay informed about your health, improve communication with your doctors, and make the most of local community health resources.
