Friday Night Lecture: New Year, New You!

07:00 pm to 08:15 pm
Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington, 406 S. Walnut St.
http://www.meditationinbloomington.org

The New Year is a symbol of possibility. We wish to change and for our lives to go in a better direction. We may even think that 2018 HAS to be better than 2017! But how can we be sure we will have a positive, bright, and happy year?

Each moment of our life can be used to realize our full potential and to improve our human nature and qualities. The profound tools of transformation found within Buddhist meditation can be used by everyone to become more peaceful, kind, loving, and happy, regardless of external situations. Join us and get a fresh start on learning how to attain the confidence you need to make this New Year truly happy and meaningful. Everyone is welcome!
