Noon Talk: Goncourt and Bracquemond: Literacy and Artistic Collaborations in 19th Century France

Nicolas Valazza, Associate Professor of French, will discuss the creation of the Société des aquafortistes and the collaboration between the etcher Félix Bracquemond and the novelist Edmond de Goncourt, who were among the first to discover Japanese prints in France.
