10:15 – 11:15 p.m. – Panel Discussion: Do Something Personally, Do Something Locally

11:15 – 1p.m. – Lunch / Workshops: Informed Consumer, Gardening 101, Canning, Backyard Beekeeping

1:15 – 2:15 p.m. – Panel Discussion: The Politics of Food

2:30 – 3:30p.m. – John R. Whikehart, Ivy Tech-Bloomington Chancellor Emeritus, “Leadership and Civic Involvement,” with Bob Zaltsberg, Editor, The Herald-Times
