James Kellar’s photography interest began as a young teen when his father taught him to develop film and print pictures in a converted bathroom. He attended Ivy Tech Community College–Columbus and was later hired as a corporate photographer for Sunrise Greetings in Bloomington.
A part-time freelance photography career followed. Now “semi-retired,” Kellar says he spends most of his time working on personal photography projects along with Bloom assignments.
