Last week, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, showed us a variation to the Lower-Back Extension, called “The Swimmer.” For the last variation in the series, she continues to use the glutes and shoulders in an exercise she likes to call “Supermen.”
