Weekly Exercise: Stretching the IT Band with a Foam Roller

This week, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, shows us how to use a foam roller to help ease knee pain. “Foam rolling” the IT band—the ligament on the outside of the leg that runs between the knee and the hip—is a great way to gain mobility and alleviate pain before exercising.
