We’ve learned how to stretch and strengthen this hips, chest, and neck muscles to combat the negative effects of sitting at a computer nine to five. In this last video of the series, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, shows us an exercise and stretch for the abdominals and lower back.
