Weekly Exercise: Standing Abdominal Exercise with a Twist

Sometimes it isn’t practical to get down on the ground to do abdominal exercises. In this video, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, uses an elastic band and a twisting motion to strengthen the abdominal muscles while standing.
