Weekly Exercise: Backward Lunge

Last week Urban Fitness Studio personal trainer Allison Chopra taught us the Front Lunge. Now, to help prevent injuries while moving backwards and sideways, the Backward Lunge helps us strengthen those muscles and prevent us from getting hurt!
