“Sparkle, Shine & Wine, the Art of Jean Dayton

06:00 pm to 07:00 pm
The Venue

This Friday, beginning at 6:00p.m., The Venue will host a special exhibition of the art of Jean Dayton, and in addition, a dazzling array of hand-crafted, one-of-a kind holiday gift, Objects de Arte.
For this show, in her unique style, Jean has created a delightful assortment of mixed media pieces utilizing natural minerals, objects, and resins. These creations, in a variety of themes, colors, and sizes, are fresh, uplifting, and a treat for the eye. Jean makes it possible to gift a beautiful piece of her original art, at a reasonable, affordable price.
In addition, for this season the Venue artists (New and Established) have outdone themselves in providing us with a supply of great gift items that is both wide and deep. Paintings, Prints, Limestone and Metal Sculpture, Ceramics, Jewelry, Soaps, Turned Wood, Greeting Cards, and more. The variety and quality is amazing. And the majority of it is made right here in Bloomington.
So come to The Venue this Friday eve to enjoy the art and do at least some of your holiday shopping right here, in good old Bloomington, not just because we are local, but because we are good.

An Important Message from Bloom Magazine

For the past 14 years, we have been publishing Bloom, a free, bimonthly cultural and lifestyle magazine serving Bloomington, Indiana, and surrounding communities. We have four missions: to support local businesses, local charities, local arts, and diversity. We are an integral part of the fabric of this community.

Like so many small businesses (4 employees), we are facing huge challenges in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to be able to continue producing the magazine and our website, magbloom.com, but we need your help.

Please consider donating to our GoFundMe drive using the link below. Thank you!
