The Monroe County History Center is hosting a reception to commemorate the Bloomington City Golf Tournament, one of the oldest match play tournaments in the state of Indiana. This year we celebrate its 90th anniversary. Former champions and current participants in this year’s tourney will be in attendance.

Ivy Tech John Waldron Art Center

“Fun Home,” a coming-of-age story, follows Alison Bechdel as she reflects on her father, a brilliant but troubled man whose secrets defined her family. Piecing together the moments that shaped her life, Alison re-examines her unique childhood at the Bechdel Funeral Home and her year of self-discovery when she left for college. “Fun Home” is a moving and refreshingly honest musical about seeing your parents through grown-up eyes. Recommended for people age 16 and up.
