Angela White, Sabrina Bays, Dick Gist, Joe Bolinger TONIGHT! The Bloomington Songwriter Showcase

08:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Bears Place - 1316 East Third St., Bloomington IN 47401
https://www.facebook.com/BloomingtonSongwriters

Golly! We’ve got two lady writers on the Showcase this evening! Tonight we have our Country Songbird from the Plainfield area – Angela White (www.facebook.com/people/Angela-Norris-White) – making her first appearance at the new Bear’s Place venue. Angela has led a life with experiences that some of us have only heard about. White tells her story beautifully, singing with her powerful vocal skill. Her honesty shows through in her music.

Sabrina Bays (http://rcsvsbays.wix.com/sabrinab#!) is one of our younger Singer-Songwriters who is visiting us from her home base of Seymour, IN, where she is getting a lot of attention. Sabrina perfectly represents herself with her sound and style and is as lovely as her music.

Joe Bolinger  (https://myspace.com/joebolinger) is a bit of a scholar, who finds joy in performing (mostly on banjo) with The Indiana Boys. His songs can be quite clever and his demeanor is equally as enjoyable.

As luck would have it, Dick Gist (www.reverbnation.com/musician/dickgis) also a member of the popular Indiana Boys will be sharing the stage with Angela, Sabrina and his band-mate Joe. Expect some nice jams between Joe and Dick this evening. Dick’s music is also fun, and can be reflective and a tad more ‘Alternative’. You can detect a love of Blues in his tunes – but why not come on out to the Bloomington Songwriter Showcase and figure it out for yourself? You’ll be glad you made it out to this one!
NO COVER CHARGE – MUST BE 21+ to enter Bear’s Place back room concert hall.
