Joe Augustin, Jason Blankenship, Rv Fa Joel Weir, Jim Krause & Anne Hurley – TONIGHT! B-Town Songwriter Showcase

08:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Play

Joe Augustin will be driving in from Richmond, Indiana, to perform for the Bloomington Songwriter Showcase this evening. Joe is a powerful entertainer with high-energy songs. Jason Blankenship will be on stage, too – with his definitely Blues-inspired songs. Jason hails from the Martinsville area, but presently resides in lovely Brown County where he is very active in the music scene and participates in his own Showcase(s) at the Pine Room Tavern in Nashville. The Reverend Father Joel Weir is a young man from Crawfordsville who simply knocks us out with his great music. Often uplifting, with a young edge, his songs have been covered by a few folks including our own Brandon Pfeiffer. Weir is a very talented Songwriter and we are pleased to have him in the house this evening. Last but certainly not least will be B-Towns favorite Duo – Jim Krause and Anne Hurley – with their gorgeous (mostly) instrumental songs that take us hiking through national forests but usually on a sail boat, where a lot of their inspiration is crated. This couple is as entertaining between songs as during with their clever banter and ability to draw their audiences into their music. Welcome Back all!
Remember – NO COVER CHARGE and ALL Ages are welcomed : -)
