The more familiar our mind is with In this free public talk, we will learn some basic meditation techniques and how they work. We will engage in guided meditations to experience for ourself the benefits of even simple meditation practice., the calmer and happier it becomes. When our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness.

If we train our mind in meditation we can maintain a positive and constructive attitude, even in the most adverse conditions.
