World AIDS Day is held on December 1 each year and is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate people who have died.
In an effort to increase awareness about HIV/AIDS, combat stigma, and educate students, and community members about HIV-testing and prevention, the IU School of Public Health-Bloomington is hosting a PSA competition where individuals can create relevant public health messaging for the 21st century.
We welcome video submissions from undergraduate, graduate, and professional students at Indiana University Bloomington. We invite student-made PSAs 90-seconds in length which are specifically targeted to college-aged population. Thus, this is a creative way for you to educate your peers.
All participants and guests are invited to attend the Red Carpet Event on November 29 where the top PSAs will be screened and the night’s winners announced. For competition guidelines visit go.iu.edu/AIDSdayPSA.

Cost: $0
