Weekly Exercise: Bicep Curl with a Twist

Last week, Allison Chopra, personal trainer at Urban Fitness Studio, taught us how to add a twist to a shoulder press. In this video, Allison continues working the arms by adding a twist to the bicep curl, which is more efficient than a normal bicep curl.
