Spring Training with Dr. Janet DeLong

05:30 pm to 07:00 pm
The Venue

On Tuesday, March 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m., The Venue will host a presentation by Dr. Janet DeLong, one of Bloomington’s most recognized and accomplished physical therapists and wellness coaches. Janet, who holds a doctorate in physical therapy, is a candidate for a Master’s degree in social work, and is an adjunct professor in the Indiana University School of Public Health. She has worked in, spoken at, and conducted workshops for virtually every major healthcare facility in the Midwest. Her expertise and experience in physical therapy and wellness coaching is unequalled.

In her presentation, Janet will address how to safely and constructively prepare your body and your mind to address the renewed riggers of good weather and healthy outdoor activity. This year, let’s avoid the painful start and possible injuries of spring, and safely enjoy the change. The Venue’s collection of fine art and gifts will also be on display for viewing and purchase. Join Us.
