Cathi Norton has been singing Country, Rock, and Blues forever – and is one of the best Singers we’ve featured. Her voice is to music what velvet is to fabric – so lush, so smooth, and sooooo beautiful. Her songs are pretty darn good too! This evening, Cathi will be performing her own songs, alongside another Singer-Songwriter with an amazing voice – Cara Jean Marcy who will be visiting from Indianapolis. Cara Jean and Tim O’Malley (also on this evening’s program) have a won spots on the Blooming-Tunes Song Competition. Cathi Norton was one of the judges for the 2011 competition. . Tonight they all meet! Speaking of Tim O’Malley – he is one of the most popular Singer-Songwriters we book onto the Showcase – ALWAYS a big hit with our Audience. Soft spoken, but carries a real wallop with his Songwriting, Bluesy guitar work and fantastic lyrics . . . YEAH! Timmy O is back in the house! Also on this evening’s program is Rocker, Alternative/Contemporary writer – Russ Baum who is also visiting us from Indy. Russ is an UBER-talented Singer-Songwriter, and he brings his young musical attitude to the stage with him. He is modest, and anyone who attends a Showcase where Russ is on stage knows how much he loves what he does. He writes about his life, as well as other people’s lives with a fresh perspective.
