Letting Go of the Past: A Buddhist Approach

07:00 pm to 08:30 pm
Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington 406 S. Walnut St. Bloomington, IN 47401
http://www.meditationinbloomington.org

We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt. Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.
Join us for this meaningful Friday Night Lecture and learn the art of letting go. The evening will include a guided meditation, a talk and time for questions and answers.
Everyone is welcome.

Cost: $12/person $6/students
