Nature Play Day: Play Passport Challenge!

Play outside at Paynetown SRA, June 9

Families are invited to Paynetown State Recreation Area on Saturday, June 9 for Monroe Lake’s third annual Nature Play Day: Play Passport Challenge.

You can begin anytime between 10 a .m. and 4 p.m. by checking in at the Activity Center to pick up your play passport. Participants have until 5 p.m. to complete as many activities as they can before returning to the Activity Center.

Each activity must be documented with a photo, so every family or group needs to have a digital camera/phone. Certificates and small prizes will be awarded to people who complete a minimum number of passport play activities.

Admission to Paynetown SRA (4850 S. State Road 446, Bloomington) is $7 per vehicle with Indiana plates, or $9 per vehicle with out-of-state plates. Annual passes can also be purchased at the entrance gatehouse.

Cost: Free, but Property Entrance Fee applies
